Job summary

Micron Technology Asia Operations Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to support RAM lots and metrology, optimize RAM tool performance, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate measurements and adherence to specifications. The role involves training the operations team, driving continuous improvements, and participating in AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Nano-optoelectronics, or Materials Science with 2–3 years in metrology, and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nano-optoelectronics or Materials Science.
Proficiency with metrology and RDA tools (CDSEM, KLA, AFM, E-beam).
2–3 years of experience managing metrology processes.
Experience optimizing tools.

Responsibilities

Support RAM lots and tools operations; optimize RAM tool performance.
Manage lot disposition and ensure accurate measurements with no quality issues.
Collaborate with HVM RAM to align with metrology and RDA processes.
Coordinate and conduct training for operations team on procedures and changes.
Track operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in metrology and RDA processes.
Ensure end-to-end project execution including RPT reduction initiatives.
Perform basic analysis of measurement data and support investigations for process deviations.
Adhere to safety procedures and area work rules.
Willing to work in day or night shifts, including weekends.
Apply AI to streamline workflows and enable data-driven decisions across projects.
