Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Semiconductor Process Engineer 3/4 to support advanced wafer fabrication. You will lead shift teams, drive process development, and collaborate with TD and HVM teams to meet output and quality goals.

You will apply data-driven analysis, SPC methods, and automation tools, manage safety and compliance, and contribute to sustaining high yield in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science field.
• At least 5 years of wafer fabrication industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, SPC and process control knowledge.
• Experience with yield/defect mechanisms and process interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety training compliance and address safety/quality issues.
• Lead shift operations in critical areas and coordinate with TD/HVM teams.
• Provide process development support, data collection, and yield improvement.
• Develop plans to resolve on-shift tool issues and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop shift team with coaching and performance management.
