Qualifications

• Must-have experience in dry etch process development and experimental design.
• DOE/SPC and statistical analysis skills are required.
• Strong understanding of plasma physics/chemistry and reactor behavior.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Desirable: Python/data science basics or GenAI-enabled analysis/automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop/optimize dry etch processes for NAND products to meet electrical and structural specs.
• Improve process capability by reducing variability and improving cost margin.
• Lead root-cause analysis for process/hardware limitations and collaborate with vendors.
• Coordinate with Process Integration and adjacent areas to resolve cross-module interactions.
• Support pilot-line sustainment and transfer of processes to manufacturing sites.
