Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science field and 5 years of wafer fabrication industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SPC/process control knowledge.
• Proficiency with process control and automation systems/tools and interest in automation/AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to achieve RAM Cycle Time goals and manage wafer shipments, SWR data collection, and critical lots health checks.
• Provide guidance on complex tasks to technicians and engineers, delivering results aligned with development intent.
• Use data-driven analysis to drive yield improvements and solve process and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with process development, equipment development, and suppliers to maintain tool performance and implement area improvements.
• Plan and drive training and succession, ensuring clear priorities and timely follow-up actions.
