Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a fabrication coordinator with 2-3 years in sheet metal fabrication and stainless steel work. You will coordinate projects from order to delivery, liaise with customers and internal teams, and review basic drawings for production readiness.

Responsibilities include arranging site measurements, coordinating deliveries, and tracking progress while flagging delays. Knowledge of cleanroom industries is a plus; basic mechanical design understanding is

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication or related mechanical industries.
• Strong background in stainless steel fabrication is essential.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design and fabrication processes.
• Experience with on-site measurement and sketching for production purposes.
• Experience in cleanroom-related industries such as Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabrication projects from order confirmation to delivery, including requirements, drawings, production schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review customer requirements and basic engineering drawings, and follow up on clarifications before production starts.
• Assist in arranging site measurements, deliveries, and installation work where required.
• Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and customers.
