Anywheel is seeking a Shared-bike logistics Intern in Singapore to gain hands-on experience across the city’s micro-mobility network. The role rotates between ground operations and mobile logistics, giving you exposure to urban fleet management and real-world logistics tasks.

You will perform safety inspections, basic bike maintenance, and use digital tools to track inventory while aligning with LTA rules. High performers may extend their contract or move into full-time roles or pre-NS paths.

Qualifications

• ITE certificate or equivalent, Operations/Logistics related preferred.
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile apps effectively.
• Physically fit to lift and move bicycles.
• Motivated team player, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior logistics/operations or event coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ground Fleet Rebalancing across high-demand locations to keep bikes available.
• Mobile Transport Support: assist field drivers with routing and cargo handling.
• Safety inspections and basic bike maintenance (brakes, tires, chains) and log repairs.
• Digital Asset Tracking & Compliance: use mobile apps to log bike statuses and ensure parking meets rules.
• Flexible Team Deployment: rotate between ground and vehicle support per daily needs.

Position Overview:

Join Anywheel as a Shared-bike logistics Intern and gain hands‑on experience across Singapore’s micro‑mobility network. This dynamic role rotates between ground operations (field walking) and mobile logistics (vehicle attendant), giving you full exposure to urban fleet management. High performers can extend their contract before National Service (NS) or Polytechnic, or transition into full‑time roles.

Key Responsibilities & What You Will Learn:

• Ground Fleet Rebalancing: Relocate and arrange bikes at high‑demand locations (MRT stations, bus stops) to keep public spaces neat and bikes available for commuters.
• Mobile Transport Support: Travel with field drivers to assist with route navigation, loading/unloading bikes, and securing cargo safely during vehicle transit.
• Safety Inspections & Basic Fixes: Inspect bikes for safety, perform basic mechanical maintenance (brakes, tires, chains), and log damaged units for repair.
• Digital Asset Tracking & Compliance: Use mobile apps to log bike statuses, track inventory, and ensure all parking meets Land Transport Authority (LTA) rules.
• Flexible Team Deployment: Rotate between ground walking and vehicle support based on daily operational needs and peak commuter demand.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from ITE certificate in any field, though Operations, Logistics management, or related fields is preferred.
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
• Physically fit – able to lift and move bicycles regularly.
• A highly motivated team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
• Can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in logistics, operations or event coordination is a plus.

Skills You Will Gain:
