Job summary

RODALINK (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for dedicated individuals to join our bicycle retail team. In this role you will assemble, repair and service bicycles, deliver friendly customer service, and help customers choose purchases, upgrades and service packages.

You will develop product knowledge across bicycles, accessories and apparel, support store operations, and build loyal customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Self-motivated and reliable with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications.
• Perform assembly, repairs and servicing of all types of bicycles.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our bicycles, accessories, apparel, and related products.
• Provide advice to customers on recommendations for purchases, upgrades and service packages.
• Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long‑term loyalty.
• Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required.

Full‑time position based on a 44‑hour work week, spread across 5.5 days, including weekends and public holidays.
