Job summary

ANYWHEEL PTE. LTD. is looking for an Operations Associate in Singapore. This role involves relocating bicycles efficiently, assisting with events, and ensuring high service standards among the ground crew.

Ideal candidates will have a Nitec certification, be physically fit, and possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license, while also enjoying opportunities for career growth within the operations team.

Qualifications

• Able to ride a bicycle confidently.
• Physically fit for outdoor environments.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Relocate bicycles for optimal availability.
• Assist with Anywheel events on weekdays and weekends.
• Conduct physical dormitory checks for community outreach.
• Support logistics during national events.
• Conduct training for new ground crew.
• Test new implementations in Ops App.
• Perform basic bicycle maintenance.
• Handle administrative work within operations management system.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
