Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a senior HRIS Consultant to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions. You will mentor junior talent and ensure project quality and timely delivery while maintaining accountability for team leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRIS experience, SAP SuccessFactors certification, and strong leadership with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. Singapore-based client engagements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

KEY TASKS

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.

• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
