Job summary

SING YIET CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is looking for a Site Supervisor to plan, manage and oversee sewer infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensure safety, and keep works on schedule according to project specifications.

You will lead site staff, subcontractors and workers, plan manpower and resources, and report progress daily. Strong technical reading skills and a proven leadership record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sewer infrastructure works or civil engineering projects in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise daily site operations for sewer infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are safe, on schedule and per project specs.
• Lead and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors and workers for efficient operations.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and work schedules.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and monitor progress.
