Job summary

Pureheart Capital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Settlement and Operations Officer to support daily middle- and back-office activities, including trade settlements and reconciliations.

The role collaborates with auditors, fund administrators, custodians, and brokers to ensure accurate NAVs and regulatory reporting. A 1-year track record in fund operations and proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience in back-office or fund operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with NAV, financial statements, and accounting practices.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: trade settlements, reconciliations, fund payments, and report preparation.
• Perform monthly NAV calculation.
• Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, custodians, brokers, counterparties, and legal consultants.
• Communicate with brokers to ensure timely trade settlements.
• Support day-to-day middle- and back-office operations, including broker account setup.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and filing requirements.
• Contribute to development and implementation of efficient operational processes.
• Perform ad-hoc operational duties as required.
