Job summary

PURE K PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Hospitality Associate at Funan Mall in Singapore. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms, take orders, serve meals, and ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked.

This on-site role requires shift work, with 6 work days per week, 10 hours per day and a 1-hour break. Meals are provided, and a performance bonus is offered based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
• Escort guests to assigned rooms and areas.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
• Handle billing and payments, including promotions or memberships if applicable.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain room cleanliness and restock supplies; report maintenance issues.
• Ensure guest conduct aligns with house rules and safety.

Job description

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival

• Escort guests to assigned rooms

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback

2. Order Taking & Serving

• Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter)

• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately

• Clear tables and rooms after use

3. Room Setup & Cleanliness

• Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use

• Replace microphone covers, sanitize surfaces, check equipment

• Report any maintenance issues

4. Billing & Payment

• Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.)

• Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable

5. Support Duties

• Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments)

• Assist with daily opening/closing tasks

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams

6. Safety & Conduct

• Ensure customer conduct is within house rules

• Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated
