Job summary

McDonald's Singapore is seeking a customer-focused crew member to serve food and beverages, assist in food preparation and order handling, and maintain a clean, hygienic restaurant environment.

Bring a friendly, high-energy attitude to guests, work efficiently, follow the dress code, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the branch manager. Meals are provided for long shifts and transport is available; please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.

Job Scope

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Assist in food preparation and order handling
• Clear tables and chairs after use
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant which include empty rrash and cleaning of washroom
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the branch manager

Note: You may be required to carry out additional cleaning or maintenance duties as needed to support restaurant operations. Job duties may be adjusted according to operational needs and not based on individual preferences. Do arrive 5 min earlier for check in.

• Black long pants (no holes)
• Non-slip, oil-resistant black covered shoes with socks

• Cap will be provided (return at end of day)
• Facial Hair: No beard or moustache. Please be clean-shaven.
• Clean, short nails (no nail polish)
• Accessories: Only one ring allowed (no diamond). Remove the rest.
• Clothing must be clean and free from any unpleasant odour
• Good Work Ethics
• Refrain from using your mobile phone during working hours, especially while on duty at the counter or in the back kitchen. Depending on the outlet’s arrangement, your phone may be required to be kept in a designated locker during your shift.
• Inform a team member or your supervisor before stepping away from your station — even for short tasks such as disposing of rubbish.

• Bring WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate
• Meals provided for long shifts
• Transport provided if public transport is unavailable; for reimbursements, approach the outlet manager and follow their instructions accordingly.
• Freelancers who leave work before the stated working hours will be considered to have committed misconduct and may be unpaid for the day. Payment is subject to the company’s management discretion.
• Reporting Instructions: Only report to the job site after receiving official awarded confirmation via: EL Connect App, Email Notification, Kindly arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled shift for check-in.
• Payment Issues: Contact Support within 48 hours of the job start time for any payment discrepancies. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed or accepted.
