Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive ServiceNow Techno-functional Analyst in Singapore to lead ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role involves consulting with stakeholders, managing configurations, and driving transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience including configuration and scripting.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into solutions.
• Lead design and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.
