Job summary

Hadron GBS in Singapore is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to assist configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. You will work with stakeholders to tailor solutions and ensure smooth deployments.

The role involves building and maintaining scripts, integrating external systems via REST/SOAP, testing, debugging, and documenting changes while providing end-user support for a range of ServiceNow functionalities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules and handling complex technical requirements.
• CSA/CAD or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write and maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies).
• Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Provide user support and resolve minor issues.
