We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow configuration projects within SaaS and CRM environments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project delivery, excellent communication skills, and strong technical knowledge in enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow configuration projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee integration with SaaS and CRM solutions
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Prepare documentation and reports on project status

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (ServiceNow/SaaS/CRM)
