You will work with senior architects, consultants, and developers on enterprise ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM, Service Catalog, and low-code workflow solutions.

The role offers exposure to App Engine Studio, platform upgrades, and collaboration with project teams to deliver digital workflows and process improvements.

Qualifications

Graduates from 2024, 2025 or 2026 in CS/IT/IS/Software Eng or related field.

Interest in enterprise apps, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Assist in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development.
Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Configure forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules under guidance.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflows.
Build low-code apps using App Engine Studio and related capabilities.
Prepare technical documentation and support materials.
