Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd invites a ServiceNow Developer to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on configuring and extending ServiceNow across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and Automated Agentic AI workflows, with emphasis on scalable automation and integrations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and ITSM/CMDB modules, plus REST/SOAP integrations. A CSA certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
• Experience with Virtual Agent / conversational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation within ServiceNow.
• CSA certification preferred; CAD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and Virtual Agent.
• Design and implement Flow Designer flows, subflows, actions, and process automation.
• Develop and configure Virtual Agent topics, topic blocks, conversational workflows, and integrations.
• Support AI/Agentic AI-driven automation and intelligent conversational use cases within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow spokes.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and other ServiceNow integration components.
• Automate repetitive IT and business processes using workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and conversational experiences.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and administration. Key Responsibilities
