Job summary

HADRON GBS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to tailor and deploy ITSM modules—Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog—and align configurations with business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on scripting and workflows, building integrations using REST and SOAP, maintaining client scripts and UI policies, and contributing to testing, debugging, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on scripting, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow configuration/customization.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow best practices.
• CSA/CAD certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies).
