Job summary

Qualifications

• Open to learning, feedback & new ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Canva, SharePoint, intranet platforms, or similar tools.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools to support research and content creation.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Create Service Huddle communications: design presentations, infographics, and materials.
• Assist with the Service Scoop newsletter content sourcing, writing, editing, design, and publication.
• Support administration, communication, and coordination of service recognition programmes and awards.
• Develop posters, infographics, SharePoint pages, and digital content for service excellence.
• Research customer experience trends, service culture practices, and employee engagement ideas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and support communications initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and research.
