Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an on-site service technician to service heavy forklift machines and construction equipment in Singapore. The role requires hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and proactive problem solving across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, be self-driven, with a valid Class 3 license and willing to work on-site with potential overtime incentives. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Min GCE “O” level / Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in Singapore preferred.
• Min 2-3 years experiences in heavy forklift machines and construction equipment preferred.
• Possess good working attitude, independent and self-motivated.
• With Class 3 License and above is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize heavy machinery mechanical / hydraulic / electrical system.
• Perform setup / erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance regularly servicing machine on site.
• Perform outdoor / indoor servicing and repair activities.
• Adopt hands-on approach to resolve technical issues independently.
• Diagnosing defects and repair mechanical / port equipment.
• Escalate and report unresolved issues to senior technical teams for further analysis to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate corrective actions.
• Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on machine and related components in the field.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor.

Salary package will commensurate based on work experience and qualification. This position will enjoy attractive incentive and overtime payment.
