Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a technician to service and repair material handling equipment, ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge, alongside good computer skills.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and attending to customer requests. A Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automotive and at least 2 years in a similar field are required. Openings are Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge.
• Good computer skills necessary for the role.
• Able to speak and write English.
• Possess customer service mindset.
• Must have a valid class 3/3A Singapore driving license.

Job Description

• Analyse, diagnose and rectify issues on material handling equipment.
• Carry out electrical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and components.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenances.
• Perform modification, commissioning works.
• Communicate and attend to site customer’s request.
• Communicate well with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Undertake Supervisor’s Instruction
• Perform stock take
• Provide support and guide new colleagues
• Attend trainings

Requirements

• Strong Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Able to speak and write English
• Possess valid class 3/3A Singapore driving license (drive Van)
• Possess customer service mind-set
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automotive
• At least 2 years’ experience in the technical field such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment, industrial vehicles.
• Able to work on one’s own

Mon to Fri 8.15am - 6.00pm
