Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and servicing for forklifts and material-handling equipment at the Joo Koon site in Singapore.

The role includes diagnosing faults, installing safety upgrades, attending on-site breakdowns, and maintaining thorough service records. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of forklift service experience, with NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, and a valid Singapore

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing or maintaining forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing for forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults.
• Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacement parts.
• Install forklift safety upgrades and accessories.
• Attend on-site breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance records after each job.
• Recommend suitable spare parts and equipment upgrades.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
• Build good customer relationships through professional technical support and service.
• Coordinate with the technical supervisor and scheduler to complete jobs promptly.
• Support continuous improvement activities and attend technical training.

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing for forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults.
• Inspect equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacement parts.
• Install forklift safety upgrades and accessories.
• Attend on-site breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance records after each job.
• Recommend suitable spare parts and equipment upgrades.

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing or maintaining forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, diesel or LPG engines, or battery-powered forklifts.
• Experience performing mechanical and electrical forklift modifications.
• Familiarity with Toyota, BT, Crown, Linde, Jungheinrich, Yale, Hyster, Mitsubishi, Komatsu, or similar brands is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
