Job summary

AV Media Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Outdoor Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair AV equipment at client sites both indoors and outdoors. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure reliable system operation.

The role requires technical diploma, hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work independently and with a team, with training provided and opportunities to support prestigious government and MOE

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in audiovisual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, setup, repair and support for audiovisual and technical equipment at client locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform in-house repairs and diagnostics on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.
• Document all service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all service activities, especially when working outdoors or in challenging environments.
