Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Technician to join our central Singapore team. You will perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of pumps and related systems, ensuring quality and safety.

The role supports workshop and on-site service activities with a permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and the salary pays up to $3,500 plus allowances and performance bonus. Candidates with 2–3 years of pump servicing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of pumps or industrial equipment servicing experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and fault identification.
• Ability to prepare accurate technical and service reports.

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, and commission pumps on-site.
• Troubleshoot, service, and perform minor repairs at customer sites.
• Overhaul oil-lubricated vane pumps, dry vane pumps, claw pumps, and screw pumps in the workshop.
• Provide technical support and user training on pump operation.
• Diagnose equipment failures and write detailed failure analysis reports.
• Create, update, and maintain service records in the company database.
• Use the company’s intranet system to retrieve technical information relating to pumps and systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Service Team to support workshop and on-site service activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.

• Experience in pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, or overhaul is an advantage.
• Able to prepare technical and service reports accurately.
• Self‑driven, hardworking, and willing to learn.
