Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Pump Service Technician to install, validate and commission pumps on-site. You will troubleshoot, service and repair equipment, and overhaul vacuum pumps in the workshop.

Additionally, you will train users on-site, generate failure analysis reports and maintain service records. A Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years' pumps experience is required.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in pumps or industrial equipment.
• Good aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical faults and creating viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of pumps.
• Perform hands on troubleshooting, servicing and minor repairs.
• Overhaul vacuum pumps in the workshop.
• Provide on-site user training for pumps.
• Generate failure analysis reports.
• Create and maintain service records in the Company’s database.
• Source for technical information related to various pumps and systems.
