• Perform installation and commissioning of scientific equipment such as microscopes to ensure operational readiness
• Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to maintain equipment performance and reliability
• Inspect equipment to diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly
• Repair scientific instruments to restore full functionality and minimize downtime
• Deliver operation training to customers to enable effective and safe use of equipment
• Prepare detailed reports for customers documenting service activities and equipment status
• Communicate work progress and technical issues regularly to the Technical Manager for project tracking
