One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Service Support Officer to handle customer enquiries, liaise on work schedules, and support operations with data entry and records maintenance.

The role requires shift work (5 days per week) and is based at Kaki Bukit, with a basic salary of 2200–2300 SGD per month. Responsibilities include updating work orders, communicating with operations teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly issued and tracked.

• Able to commit to shift work arrangement.

Mansioni

• Handle customer enquiries and record incoming service requests accurately.
• Liaise with customers on work schedules, service arrangements and activity updates.
• Coordinate with Operations Coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and resource planning.
• Communicate customer requests and work instructions to the relevant operations teams.
• Update and maintain work orders, schedules and service records in the system.
• Prepare call record summaries, including work requests involving subcontractors.
• Monitor the issuance and return of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
