Job summary

Robata Akari is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Front-of-House team as a Service Crew (Waiter / Waitress) at our Japanese Robatayaki restaurant. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals while maintaining dining area cleanliness and high service standards.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience, good communication skills, and a team spirit. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or restaurant service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and eager to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat and well-maintained.

• Provide attentive service and handle guests' requests and enquiries.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.

About you

• Previous F&B or restaurant service experience is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
