Job summary

Shin Guan Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented professional with experience in overhead cranes or similar machinery. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a valid driving license are preferred to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers, presenting product value, negotiating quotes, and closing deals while tracking interactions and market trends to drive revenue. Weekend work may be required with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least ITE, Diploma or other related field.
• Willing to learn, positive work attitude, able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent at building and maintaining strong relationship with customer and internal team.
• Preferable possess Singapore driving license.
• Able to speak in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Finding and securing new customers.
• Attend to client enquiry, site visit, understand, communicate product value, provide solution, provide quotation, negotiating and close deal.
• Track customer interactions and sales data, coordinate efforts with marketing and stay inform about market trends to drive revenue and achieve company growth.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Preferrable With Overhead Crane Related Experience/Sales Experience in other Machinery

• Working hour: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 5 days/week

• Subject to quarterly incentive package base on achievement of target sales.

• Working during weekend if require (without overtime claim due to entitle for incentive scheme)

• Candidate must possess at least ITE, Diploma or other related field

• Willing to learn, positive work attitude, work in fast paced environment, able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent at building and maintaining strong relationship with customer and internal team.

• Preferable possess Singapore driving license.

• Able to speak in MANDARIN and ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
