Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a capable service operations professional in Singapore to oversee both contract and non-contract customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on fault handling, installations, and safe, timely maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in ACMV or facilities service, strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, plus a customer-focused mindset and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in ACMV or facilities service operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication and service management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage service operations for contract and non-contract customers to ensure satisfaction.
