Job summary

STYL Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Service Team Manager to lead and scale our service operations. You will guide a team of ~10 service professionals and expand as our installed base grows across payment, IoT and self-service deployments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, process improvement, and strong stakeholder management, with a focus on incidents, SLAs, and continuous service enhancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience in technical service or field operations.
• Engineering Diploma or degree preferred; relevant experience matters.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop service technicians and support staff to BAU and new projects.
• Oversee island-wide field servicing, repairs, incident response, deployment and warranty support.
• Plan resources, schedules and budgets to ensure timely service delivery and scalability.
• Own significant incidents and SLAs, ensuring prompt investigation and resolutions.
• Align stakeholders with customers, vendors and internal teams for smooth deployments.
