Job summary

Well Established Company is seeking maintenance support staff to plan and supervise sub-contractors for maintenance projects. The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, performing routine checks, backups, and troubleshooting for BMS, PLC, and SCADA systems onsite in the West Singapore area.

Minimum 1–2 years of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required; knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC is a plus. Workdays are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm with excellent welfare and a path for career

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned
