Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Service & Maintenance Technician to service CRAC/WDS systems at our East Singapore on-site location. You will perform regular servicing, diagnose faults, and support clients with operations manuals and on-site training.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, adherence to safety and quality guidelines, and comprehensive documentation of all service activities. Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
• Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.
• Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
• Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.
• Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Service & Maintenance:

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.

• Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).

Client Support & Training:

• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).




• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.




• Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.




• Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.




• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.

Site & Contractor Management:
