Job description

Our client, a well‑known Japanese company is currently looking for a Service Engineer (Medical Equipment).

Responsibilities
  • Generate sales of service contracts and spare parts.
  • Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and warranty services.
  • Manage the resources available for service (distributor engineers, etc.) in order to provide attention to a greater number of customers.
  • Perform equipment installations including demo units and collect deo units in Singapore.
  • Provide technical support to users and technical personnel.
  • Support the sales of services and spare parts.
  • Conduct surveys of the installed base.
  • Provide necessary technical information for bidding processes or projects.
  • Input part orders and warranty products into Kintone.
  • Identify parts for obsolete inventory and report to the Senior Sales Manager semi‑annually.
  • Create and update the price list for parts.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for parts and services.
  • Build relationships with maintenance staff and managers at hospitals/facilities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for home‑care customers.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree (or higher) in an engineering‑related field is preferred.
  • Maintenance experience with medical devices/equipment is preferred.
