Job summary

Tstar Recruit Pte. Ltd on behalf of our client, a leading MNC, seeks a Senior / Technical Officer (Camps Team) in Singapore to execute service and maintenance of security systems at client sites.

You will liaise with client representatives, allocate responsibilities to service teams, and ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. Rotational standby duties may apply and the role requires willingness to deploy to designated sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of security systems including ISMS, access control, intrusion detection and CCTV.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet security clearance requirements for deployment to designated sites.
• Physically fit to perform operational duties.
• Willing to commit to rotational standby duties outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance activities in accordance with established workflows and schedules.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on service and maintenance-related matters.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams and allocating responsibilities to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations to achieve optimal service outcomes.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring timely troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, and completion of security system works at clients' premises.
• Understand clients' operational requirements and objectives to provide effective technical support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with applicable Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
• Participate in rotational standby duties and support service activations outside regular working hours when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic Up to SGD 3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Working Location: Tiong Bahru / Commonwealth / Redhill
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
