Job summary

ONESYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to join our Service Team in Singapore.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site technical support to ensure system reliability and performance. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or IT).
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in technical service, maintenance, system support, or installation.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, or supporting systems or equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, PA, and AV systems) per project requirements.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to client service calls promptly and provide effective on-site technical support.
• Guide clients on proper use and basic maintenance of ELV systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, system configurations, and maintenance records.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance jobs.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and procedures.
