Job summary

ACCRETE TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer cum Technician to maintain and service ELV security systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom, and related subsystems.

This role focuses on preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and hands-on commissioning during peak projects. You will manage daily service activities, generate accurate service reports, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related disciplines.
• Experience with ELV/security systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Car Park Systems, PA Systems, or Alarm Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls to ensure ELV security systems operate reliably
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in ELV security systems to restore full functionality
• Manage daily service schedules and update service reports accurately using company maintenance software
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of service works
• Perform testing, commissioning, and minor installation of ELV security systems as required
• Support the project team with installation and commissioning tasks during busy project periods
• Follow company safety standards to complete all work safely and effectively
