Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is hiring for an after-sales role focusing on technical support, warranty handling, and distributor collaboration in Singapore. The candidate should have Diploma in Engineering or related discipline and at least 2 years in consumer electronics after sales management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables) and strong product knowledge in home appliances and AV are required.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer electronics after sales management.
Strong product technical knowledge in home appliances and audio visual.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables.
Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and debug assistance including product training.
Handle enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce.
Study in-warranty claims and compile F-Cost reports.
Monitor quality issues and report to factory; take action with warehouse, distributor and factory.
Create training materials, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
Process defective unit exchanges and oversee repairs and grading before return.
Handle COC renewal, COC and WELS testing and registration for new products.
Assist distributors with field tests for new products.
Support establishment of service management and service centre for local/export markets.
