Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an engineer to provide on-site technical support for semiconductor equipment in Singapore. You will handle installation, troubleshooting and customer training, and work closely with customers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years in semiconductor or cleanroom environments, and strong communication and teamwork. Travel on short notice is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, installation and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for service and upgrades of equipment.
• Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
