Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to install, diagnose and service Pick & Place equipment for advanced semiconductor packaging on customer sites.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, at least 3 years in semiconductors, and is willing to travel, work in cleanrooms and standby after hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
• Experience with semiconductor Pick & Place equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in cleanroom environments and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair Pick & Place equipment for advanced semiconductor packaging.
• Lead equipment improvement, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modification and repair projects.
• Liaise with customers on technical matters and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide regular service updates and feedback.
• Support application development, sample evaluation and on-site equipment benchmarking.

Senior Service Engineer

$3,500 – $5,000

9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience with semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and epoxy processes.


• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


• Meticulous, organised, resourceful and able to work independently.


• Willing to work in cleanroom environments at customer sites.


• Willing to support after-hours, weekend or public holiday standby when required.


• Willing to travel frequently for customer support and service assignments.
