Job summary

Ansac Technology (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to join our A-Team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and commissioning water analyzers, flowmeters, and particle counters, ensuring smooth operations.

You will be stationed on-site for maintenance, with standby support after office hours, coordinate with customers to minimise disruption, generate service reports, and adhere to safety protocols while building

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Willingness to learn; good working attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• Troubleshooting of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• Commissioning of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• Station On-site for maintenance job and standby for after office hour activation technical support.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure service work scopes are executed without business interruption.
• Report generation on all service-related activities.
• Adhere to legal regulations and safety protocols of all customers and the company.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to achieve positive customer satisfaction.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Department Manager.
• Training will be provided.

About the role

What we're looking for
