Job summary

WINSYS TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD invites applications for a field service role to install, service, maintain and repair equipment at outdoor sites around vessels, canals and coastal areas. You will calibrate instruments, prepare service reports, and plan schedules to keep equipment reliable.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair equipment at outdoor field locations.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare service reports and plan schedules for equipment reliability.
• Respond to ad-hoc assignments and standby duties as needed.
• Perform standby duties and work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous service availability.

Job Summary

You will perform hands-on installation, service, maintenance, and repair of equipment and instruments at outdoor field sites. You will calibrate instruments, prepare service reports, and plan service schedules while supporting ad-hoc assignments and standby duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair equipment and instruments at outdoor field locations, including vessels, underground sites, canals, and coastal areas
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate performance and compliance with operational standards
• Prepare detailed service reports and plan service schedules to maintain equipment reliability
• Respond to ad-hoc assignments promptly to support operational needs
• Perform standby duties and work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous service availability

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness and ability to perform fieldwork in diverse outdoor environments such as onboard vessels, underground sites, canals, and coastal areas
• Positive attitude with initiative to learn independently and take ownership of tasks
• Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications in Marine, Electrical, Mechanical, or Structure Engineering (ITE/NITEC)
• Self-driven and motivated individual
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
