Job summary

Anritsu Singapore is seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are invited to develop a career in test and measurement with structured training and hands-on guidance.

You will troubleshoot and service state‑of‑the‑art RF and telecom test equipment across the APAC region. We offer hands‑on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to work on regional projects, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of electronics, RF, wireless communications, or telecommunications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment.
• Perform equipment testing and verification to ensure performance meets required specifications.
• Provide technical support and service assistance to customers and channel partners.
• Conduct on-site servicing and calibration at customer locations.
• Support regional and overseas service assignments when required.
• Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are keen to develop a career in test and measurement.

Structured training, technical guidance, and hands‑on learning opportunities will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment
• Perform equipment testing and verification to ensure performance meets required specifications
• Provide technical support and service assistance to customers and channel partners
• Conduct on‑site servicing and calibration at customer locations
• Support regional and overseas service assignments when required
• Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, including coordination, documentation, and follow‑up
• Maintain proper service and calibration records
• Support spare parts inventory management and procurement activities
• Perform calibration activities in accordance with applicable procedures and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
• Work closely with internal Sales, Operations, and regional Service teams to resolve customer issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to service quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of electronics, RF, wireless communications, or telecommunications is an advantage
• Hands‑on experience with electronic or test and measurement equipment is advantageous but not essential
• Strong interest in troubleshooting and hands‑on technical work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Willing to travel within the region and undertake overseas assignments occasionally
