Job description

Seeking Service Engineer, you will be responsible for lead, troubleshooting, installation, commission, maintenance and servicing of CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi and others IT related systems and with associated structure cabling infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1 to 3 years of IT / System Engineering related work experience.
• Minimum Diploma IT / Electronics Engineering and above or related field.
• Efficiency in carry out service and maintenance activities in a safe manner.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills as to offer customer service and technical support.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Drawing and MS Office software.

Responsibilities:

• To lead, supervise and co‑ordinate on smart hands work at Data Centre.
• Project co‑ordination and implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi and others IT related systems.
• Assist Sales Team on pre‑sales support and onsite survey.
• Efficiency in carry out installation and configuration of IT / System devices.
• Create, manage and maintain projects documentations, maps and CAD drawings.
• Prepare details schedules, track project milestones, update and report project schedules to Superior and Customer.
• Establish, correspondence and maintain effective working relationships with Customers and Vendors.
• Prepare training materials, provide technical training and instructions to Customers.
• Implement and engage on workplace safety and health practices.
• Provide Level‑2/3 support and services to rectify issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance of IT / Systems related work.
