Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (IT Infrastructure) for an on-site engagement with a public sector organization in Singapore. The role covers a 24x7 operational environment and requires strong ITSM leadership.

You will be the single point of contact for operations, ensure SLA compliance, manage Sev1/2 incidents, oversee multi-vendor relationships, and drive continuous service improvements in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT Service Management / IT Operations experience across multiple service domains.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Security clearance eligibility required.
