Slab Coffee is a specialty coffee brand built for the pace of the Singapore Central Business District. We are a dependable ritual - a calm reset, served well, every day. Our work is grounded in ethical sourcing, freshly roasted beans, and clean execution behind the bar. We keep the operation steady, the standards clear, and the cup consistent. As we grow, we are looking for people who want to build something dependable with us.
At Slab, the counter is where the brand is felt. You will be part of a small team that takes hospitality seriously, supports each other through the morning rush, and grows together as we open new outlets.
As Service Crew, you are the first and last impression of our café. You take orders, handle the till, keep the floor clean, and make sure every customer leaves with a smooth, professional experience. The role is fast-paced and customer-facing - speed, accuracy, and warmth matter equally. You play a direct part in how our brand is felt at the counter, and how efficiently the café runs during peak hours.
Someone who takes pride in good service. You are observant, quick on your feet, and care about getting small details right – a clean counter, a correct order, a friendly handover. You understand that hospitality is a discipline, not a personality trait. You stay composed during rush hour, handle pressure professionally, and support your team without being asked.
We run a clean, structured operation. Counters are kept tidy, orders are taken accurately, and service flows are followed. We expect punctuality for shift handovers and consistent grooming and hygiene standards. We give clear feedback and we expect the team to do the same - issues are flagged early, not held back. If you take service seriously, you will fit in well here.
