Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring friendly, energetic individuals to join our growing F&B team as part-time service staff.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences in a lively dining environment. You will greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and work with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations. Shifts typically 6pm to 11pm, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly, approachable and able to communicate well with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist with table setting, clearing and resetting for the next guests.
• Attend to customer enquiries and requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Replenish cutlery, condiments and other service supplies.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
