Job summary

Heysara Immigratesg Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on restaurant service associate to welcome guests, take orders, and assist with daily operations at our Singapore location. You will work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service, accurate billing, and clean dining areas.

The role requires weekend work and strict adherence to hygiene standards, with an hourly rate of SGD 13–14 and shifts from 11am to 10pm at 15 Crane Road, Singapore.

• Attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and offer recommendations on food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Set up tables, dining areas and service stations; maintain them during service.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restaurant, dining area and equipment.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Replenish cutlery, crockery, condiments and service supplies as required.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customers' orders accurately and provide recommendations on food and beverages where appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are presented correctly.
• Set up tables, dining areas and service stations before service and maintain them throughout operations.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after customers have finished dining.
• Ensure the restaurant, dining area, service stations and equipment are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately, where applicable.
• Replenish cutlery, crockery, condiments, beverages and other service supplies as required.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stock replenishment and preparation of the restaurant.
• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Hourly rate: $13 to $14.
Working hours: 11am to 10pm, with designated rest and meal breaks in between.
Working location: 15 Crane Road, Singapore (429360).
