Olivia & Co. Café in Suntec City Mall, Singapore, seeks a friendly Café Service Crew/Waiter to deliver attentive full-service dining experiences. You welcome guests, take orders, serve beverages, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment.

Applicants should be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, speak English, and thrive in a lively café setting. Training is provided on the job, with clear pathways toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hospitality and guest-service mindset.
• Fluent in English for guest interactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a busy café.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly at the entrance, manage seating, and escort diners to their tables to ensure a smooth start to their dining experience
• Present menus and daily specials clearly, and take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS or order pads
• Deliver freshly prepared food and artisanal drinks from kitchen/bar to guests' tables with care and professionalism
• Provide attentive table service throughout the meal by refilling water, clearing plates, and promptly responding to guest requests
• Present bills and process cashless or card payments efficiently at the cashier counter
• Reset and sanitise tables quickly following Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards to prepare for the next guests
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including linen and cutlery preparation and maintaining general dining floor cleanliness

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• No prior experience required; full on-the-job training in table-service etiquette will be provided

Working Hours and Location

Salary

Gross Salary: S$2,200 - S$2,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
